Metallurgical Electric Hoist description

The metallurgical electric hoist is also called the molten metal electric hoist. It is generally installed on the I-beam track to lift heavy objects and can reciprocate along the track in a straight line and curve to ensure sufficient safety. It is suitable for working in an environment free from fire, explosion hazard and corrosive media. It is suitable for lifting molten metal and working in hazardous places. Metallurgical electric hoist Features

1. The metallurgical electric hoist is composed of several parts that can be separately disassembled. It is mainly composed of four parts, one is the lifting mechanism, the other is the running mechanism, the third is the control device, and the fourth is the second braking device. It is very convenient to use, maintain and inspect, and can shorten the maintenance period.

2. The motor adopts YZD series conical rotor three-phase asynchronous motor with protection class IP44, motor insulation class H, and motor cone brake as support brake. The hoisting mechanism has added a safety brake.

3. The electric hoist is equipped with high temperature insulation protection function to avoid direct heat radiation.

4. The steel wire rope is made of steel core wire rope and has high temperature resistance.

5. The hoisting mechanism is equipped with an overload limiter. When the lifting capacity reaches 95% of the rated lifting weight, the overload limiter sends an alarm signal. When the lifting capacity reaches 105% of the rated lifting weight, the lifting control circuit is disconnected and the lifting contactor is lifted. Release, the motor loses power and stops rotating.

6. The hoisting mechanism realizes the double protection of the rising limit, the first level protection is the fire stop limit protection, and the second level protection is the break control protection.

7. The control box electrical components use Chint contactor, the control box protection grade IP44.

8. The reducer uses standard modulus cylindrical gear for easy maintenance.
